Jacob042426
Welcome back brad!!!! I'd go for DIY evil clusters on rapid's black heat sinks, or the makers. It'll be awesome either way. Link to comment
Deckoz2302
Yea leaning toward ledgroupbuy makers heatsink. But then I have to decide between LDDs and Pucks. Leaning toward pucks. Total of 14 pucks @ 14A and 410watts. 4 of the drivers will be on 32v constant voltage boosters as the power supply is 16.8A 520W @ 24v Link to comment
Mr. Microscope
Looks like a beautiful setup! Following. What are your stocking plans? I'm guessing mostly SPS based on the doser. Link to comment
Deckoz2302
Mostly sps. But I have some lps that will be in the sandbed along with clams. And a small island for maxit and rock anemone. Deciding if I want to do a Haddon carpet or a tower of bubbles for my black ice percs. As far as fish. My current stock mated helfrichs, mated black ice. Yellow assesor, and tiger pistol and aurora goby.... Ill probably add a school of 5 midget reef chromis. Red Mandarin(later), possibly a copperband Link to comment
mpsti05
Sweet setup!!! Did you ever make your huge cube and buy a house with your lady? Link to comment

SouthFlorida_Tron
might as well add one more mp10.. lol Link to comment
jedimasterben
Smokin' jesus titty cinnamon, that thing is a monnnnsterrrrrr! This gon' be sweeeeeeeeet! Do you already have your Mag 7 for the return? If not, I'll be upgrading to the 9.5, you can have my Mag 7. Also, watch out with the Fiji pink sand in there. I've got Tahitian Moon Sand in mine, and I've really got to play with the MP10 placement and rockwork to keep sandstorms to a minimum. Link to comment
xerophyte_nyc
Cheato tumbler box - 15 x 5 x 18 (AR-PRO add on fuge) Cheetos! Yum! Link to comment
Deckoz2302
Sweet setup!!! Did you ever make your huge cube and buy a house with your lady? Built the cube. Built the house. Builder didn't build the house according to contract and didn't want to fix it. We dropped contract and then I got relocated. $2600 cube is in storage until we build again you still in salisbury? Raleigh, NC might as well add one more mp10.. lol Lol for the back of tank? Haha maybe... Smokin' jesus titty cinnamon, that thing is a monnnnsterrrrrr! This gon' be sweeeeeeeeet! Yea...lol half the size of my cube. I may move again before it gets set up. Im just gathering all the stuff atm. I have basocally everything except the lights, skimmer, return, and bp reactor. Im on the third floor of an apartment stick built with 4x16 open web truss with 1.5 inch gypcrete poured over the 3/4inch ply subfloor and I dont know which direction the joists go without going to my downstairs neighbor and asking if I can use a stud finder on thier ceiling because im gonna put 1300lb above thier dining room table Link to comment
patback
Make an estimated guess where you think the joists are and break out the drill bits Link to comment
Deckoz2302
Lol thinking about drilling a 9mm hole and picking up a snake camera for 89 bucks from home depot lol Link to comment

Dayummm. I had someone on Craigslist selling one a few hours away from me for $200. 48x48x24, 1/2" glass, I believe Eurobraced, with an external glass overflow. If I had the space, I would have purchased it. Hell, I still kick myself for not getting it anyway. If you want the pump, let me know. 3rd floor? You're ballsy. Link to comment
jball1125
That tank is just wow! Link to comment

Haha hence the reason I may move but if im correct in the direction of the joist over the span of 13ft it should put me right at 102.53psf. I dont believe the joise go the other direction because no one manufactures open web trusses at 4x16 that span 39 ft between load bearing walls that product a minimum live load capacity of 40psf Yea 2600 for 4 sided starfire with custom glass center overflow. No box complete open view walkaround with 8 closed loop outlets. 3/4" no euros That tank is just wow!Wait til its filled haha Link to comment
