blankminded
Not sure what type these guys are but I picked them up for my LFS today for 5 bucks. Its a small frag of about 8-10 polyps. They are almost pure white with lots of gold dusting. Quote Link to comment
19jeffro83
They look like they're going to color up a bit. Maybe a gold dust paly? 1 Quote Link to comment
blankminded
They were sitting in a frag tank for a couple weeks under an AI Nano. Quote Link to comment
19jeffro83
A couple like 2 weeks? They can take a while to color up but who knows, not me. Quote Link to comment
blankminded
Same here. It would be cool if they did color up! Quote Link to comment
19jeffro83
What lighting do you have? I'm willing to bet they do. Quote Link to comment
blankminded
They are in my 8 gallon nano. Right now I have a Beamworks 6X3watt LED fixture. Quote Link to comment
19jeffro83
Don't know much about LEDs but is sounds like a good amount of watts. Quote Link to comment
blankminded
When I kick on only the blue LEDs it turns the gold dusting to a bright fluorescent pink speckeling. Quote Link to comment
--chris--
They look bleached. But they are open, so they will color up quickly. Give it a month, i bet they pick up some nice colors. I would personally like to see them in partially shaded spot for quickest color. Quote Link to comment
cj_the_white
You guys make me really jealous lol. We have terrible selections locally, but these are what I've come up with so far (colors are much more vivid in person). It makes me very sad , i also have very poor selection of corals . and seeing the amazing zoa and palys you guys post make me want to cry Quote Link to comment

buddythelion
Bam Bams I think those are oxides. Bam bams are just a solid orange in the center. Quote Link to comment
19jeffro83
Bam Bams Kat, what will you do with all those pretty zoas when one starts taking over that small area? You should spear those bad boys out before you start to lose some of your different morphs. Quote Link to comment
