Puppy with tank picture whenever it's possible Harry. Puppy with tank. Yup.

So annoyed right now.

While I was in the shower, my dad let Jackson into my room. I had a brand new MP10QD on my desk that I was going to send out today for the NanoBox.

WELL, the dog decided to munch on the wet side and destroy it. God damn that sucks.

Luckily my Dad knows its his fault and offered to buy a new MP10 Wet Side (About $70), but I hope Matteo (Who I was trading to) can wait.... AHHH

Well now it just became a better trade for him. Hope everything works out.

My bleached trachyphyllia is getting its color back!

Per the advice of others I moved it under a ledge to have some shade. Now, a week or two later, it's edges are getting dark! I hope it continues to recover

New FTS 6/30/15!

Overall, tank is balancing out and doing fantastic. Algae issues gone, cyano gone. No more bleaching SPS, etc.

Even my bleached Trachyphyllia is gaining back color after being moved under a shelf!

Tank requires little maintenance at this point- hands in once a week for a 5g water change and to fix anything that needs to be moved or glued

Did you change your light?

Thanks! Really love it :)

Light is still the Radion XR30w Pro Gen 2. I really love it. Originally I had it at like 90% and everything was bleaching and looking bad, but I finally realized I was blasting them with light and took it down to 50. Now it's at 60, and I'm staying here!

do you have long nose hawkfish?

No... Why? Just 2 clowns, a wrasse, and a dragonette

Good for you Harry.

Thanks :)

I know it was a 1/15 chance of survival, but I'm happy that I didn't give up

I am so glad you didnt give up on the clam either. In my old system I would take a dead coral and throw it behind my rock work to find tissue growing away on it much later. I have also bought many browned out coral or about dead coral for very little or for free to have them be spectacular later. Amazing how God created things to recover under the right conditions. :)

Yes, it's incredible. In fact my favorite place to get coral is at my LFS "hospital" tank. $5 a frag for half dead corals that I bring back to health

Asking for opinion isn't worthless at all, just sometimes you can follow your gut feeling. Through PMs I got a lot of advice of what to do to help it recover :)
