metrokat
At least I'm consistent. I ordered a nylon MPT hose adapter onlune and also picked it up at the store. And ordered online again. Now I have 9 of them, need 4. Quote Link to comment

metrokat
Not a nano. I'm trying so hard to retain some mystery. I've been wanting to start a thread for weeks now! But the tank is still about 10 days out so patience padawan. (Note to self) Lol 5 Quote Link to comment

Boggers
I just commissioned a guy to build me an Acrylic frag tank 24x24x10 for basically cost of what it would be for me to buy materials. he already had them on hand. 1 Quote Link to comment

Boggers
That is the plan, that way I do not have to worry about much in there and my Jebao 12000 has plenty of flow to add it to the 75G Quote Link to comment
Eisernes
Is this a totally new build or are you transferring the max over? Quote Link to comment
metrokat
That's a good Q and one that I debated for a long time. I'm going to eventually transfer over from the Max to this tank. 1 Quote Link to comment

farkwar
I might do a trade if theyre still interested in the Katropora.A. Subulata! Jk. I'll trade $$ for Katropora. Next Tuesday. I have a hypothesis about the coloration of your colony. Corals have the means to expell zooxanthellae, and to uptake them from the water column. That Katropora is baby poop brown in the wild. And we've seen it go back to brown in other peoples tanks. How much of the coloration is animal tissue, versus zooxanthellae. If the latter, how much of the coloration is from zooxanthellae from your particular corals in your tank. ?.. I have had corals in my tank uptake zooxanthellae that flouresce green under hyper violets, that didnt have them when I bought them. Cornbred's corals coloration comes from bad lighting and PhotoShop. 1 Quote Link to comment
