metrokat
Pete the Pistol I haven't seen him fully since I got him that anemone to play with. Not sure why he is hanging around peeking out today, he's still there. But he's a YUUUUGE cocktail sized shrimp now. 10 Quote Link to comment
Slowtwitch
How deep is the sand bed that Pete lives in? I have been thinking of getting one to pair with my big curlique nem in my sump. 1 Quote Link to comment
metrokat
About an inch. He likes to push it all out and likes bare bottom for some reason, maybe he likes the sound of his own pistol that much. And here's my little guy. 9 Quote Link to comment

metrokat
Cool. Thanks. Bogi looks very refined in that pic. He's a cutie. How's he feeling? Thank you for asking. He has good days and meh days. It's mostly to do with regulation of his thyroid medication. He has not lost any more weight and probably has gained a tiny bit back. His appetite is mostly good, but he does go through a couple days of not eating once in about 2-3 weeks. I work through it as best as I can and then he is back to eating again. I think he just feels really unwell inside on those days. 4 Quote Link to comment
Slowtwitch
We went through something similar with a Cocker Spaniel that had kidney failure. It's hard to watch them get old and their health fail. 3 Quote Link to comment
