Ah, didn't realize you would need gloves, all the pictures on instagram are bare hands. But it makes sense, those guys are all needles. I don't pet my rabbit fish either. The sand is not that deep, my Japanese pistol shrimp has the whole back yard to himself and is on a bare bottom pretty much. They don't give quite as much definition to colors as a black background does, but it definitely gives you more depth, and looks a lot cleaner (assuming you keep it clean!). Quote Link to comment
