Hype, love the shrimpy :)

 

These anemone shrimp are simply the bomb, I love mine, just awesome to watch.

 

Tank is 100% (as usual) :)

You think so?! I tend to shy away since theres so many photogs that put my stuff to shame but thanks so much for the bode of confidence.

So I love my halide/T5 fixture but started to miss the pop you can only get from LED's. So in my quest to have what I Iove most about reef lighting in just one fixture I collaborated with dave over at nanobox to see if we could mod some LED's to my current fixture.I sent Dave two panels from my fixture and he got to work. It took some time and we had some trials getting it wired properly but it was all worth it....patience and persistence always pays off (Those yuma pics were taken under this combo)Its two 13up boards which includes a mix of blues,violet and cyan LED's meant to cover everything from 410-460nm. It took me forever to get the white balance correct so that the colors look accurate in the picture.
