spanko
Still looks great! Last pic is my fav. Yup pretty nice Stylophoa. Polyps are starting to get a light green tint to them. I'm assuming this is a Chalk Bass then?? You are correct sir Chalk bass. Shot does not do it justice though, the colore are blues and maroon, with some gray. looks great spanko, tailspots rule Tailspots are th bomb!!!! You continue to inspire, sir! How are you handling the dosing? Manually or with a pump? Dosing is manual. About 15 ml of ESV part A and B daily. 6 drops of Mohawk vodka and two drop Brightwell Amino Acids daily. And weekly dosage of Prodibio Nano Pack. And rarely some Brightwell magnesium. Quote Link to comment

spanko
Thanx green. Hard to scape a nano for the illusion of depth, as you know with yours! Quote Link to comment
spanko
I wish I could figure out how to use white balance on the camera. Things look too pale in the pics as compared to reality. Quote Link to comment

I'm no graphics guy, but I've had a lot of luck using Google's Picasa (free download), there's even an "I'm feeling lucky" button which seems to do a pretty good job. Obviously you can do much more with photoshop and I'm sure you could become a camera expert, but I've found this to do a good job. Quote Link to comment
spanko
Well sorry to have you go through this again.........but I found a setting on the camera called exposure. I read something that said for aquarium shooting you may want to put the exposure down to -1 or -2........so I did. All this time I thought I was too stupid to use the white settings and really some adjustment in the exposure helped to bring out the real color of the tank and coral. Here are the results.
