Thanks everyone for all of the support throughout the contest. I'm truly humbled and felt that both @lkoechle and @stellablue had fabulous tanks and I loved both of them and felt all along that it go in any direction. I think the custom built stand had a lot to do with pulling the whole look of the tank together,  and I thank my husband Cliff and his buddy Mark for finishing it for me when I couldn't after the hand injury.

I think all of the tanks had something to show, and I hope all of the contestants will keep them going.

Congrats winners. The girls rocked the marco, gorgs, and sponges and it shows that not everything needs to be SPS and high end things to look good.

Ladies are starting to make a real stand in the hobby. More and more are getting involved which is fun to see.  

 

Congratulations @Pjanssen!  I saw the new tank at BioReef this weekend. it is SOLID.  That thing is a tiny tank.  Cant wait to see what you do with it!

 

And congratulations @stellablue ! I loved both of your guys tanks!

 

and Yoshii is super stoked for his ato.  ??

I can't wait to see what these tabks look like next may 10th! (I will say if I upgrade the 25 to a large reef the 14 is moving to the 25 and yoshii to the 14, but I doubt that will happen within the year lol But I can wish. lol)

I've noticed that too!   A LOT more women are getting involved in the hobby.  I think it's awesome :happydance:.  I sold my drop-off on craigslist and it made me smile when I saw a woman walking up to my door to pick it up :).

I'm so excited!! Thank you all! I really enjoy this contest and I really enjoy this little 14 gallon tank :) 

 

im definitely keeping it running. And I loved eveyone's tanks in the contest! I think my favorite inhabitant is @spectra's Q. He's such a cute dwarf angler. Congrats @Pjanssen and @lkoechle!!!
