I haven't been target feeding the corals, had high nitrates which grew chaeto in the reactor very well for 2 weeks. Last 2 weeks it is growing gunk. I even see 2 aiptasia. My thought here is that maybe I should put some floss in it, have extra filtration if it is going to grow gunk and catch gunk. /shrug Parameters need correction. Alk 7.2 Cal 320 Mag 1600 (haven't dosed in 4 weeks but it isn't coming down) Nitrates 5ppm Phos 0.08 I'm good with the nutrient levels but I did add some Xport PO4 to bring phos down and I think that will bring NO3 down also.
