JayPagi
THERE'S A PARTY IN MY SUMP.... Are the fans mostly for temperature control or do they also serve another purpose? Removing moisture maybe? Link to comment
Reefed419
Got a question, where did you get that lighting for the cabinet? That is an awesome idea. Link to comment
sean1986
You can get those leds super cheap online, check out LEDWHOLESALERS.com you can buy a 16 foot stripe for around 45-60 bucks. Are you keeping a fuge or what kind of sump?, I don't believe those lights can keep macro going can they? Link to comment

TristanC
Update: Continuing with electronics and miscellaneous installs. Today some RGB sump area lighting, took a good while to silicone everything up tight to prevent corrosion. Also popped the fans in temporarily. There will be a cover on the inside and outside for the fans, not made yet, they will be made out of white acrylic and removable so the fans can be removed for cleaning etc. Still a ton of work to do. Thanks for following. RGB strip lighting, lots of fun Wow, I can already tell this tank is going to blow me away... Link to comment

NanoTopia
Thanks everyone, I will keep the updates coming with pics of course. I picked up the DA Reefkeeper Lite today and installed it, fit like a glove. Also did some major work in the reservoir area, this is where the electronics are mainly. Pictures tomorrow You can get those leds super cheap online, check out LEDWHOLESALERS.com you can buy a 16 foot stripe for around 45-60 bucks. Are you keeping a fuge or what kind of sump?, I don't believe those lights can keep macro going can they? No fugue, the lights are just for seeing in the sump area when needed. The light will normally be off, I will be running a Berlin sump. I would not keep macro with this lighting. Got a question, where did you get that lighting for the cabinet? That is an awesome idea. Home Depot, it is designed for under cabinet kitchen and accent lighting. THERE'S A PARTY IN MY SUMP.... Are the fans mostly for temperature control or do they also serve another purpose? Removing moisture maybe? Fans are for temperature control, they will also remove moisture. Link to comment
Bello
Christine, you forgot to install a cup-holder in the stand...... you know, for the beer Waiting for the updates, and things look mighty impressive so far Link to comment
NanoTopia
Time for a little style in the sump area... The DA Controller back showing after mounting. I needed to make a water tight housing to cover the back and protect it from damage. Inside. Outside. With gasket for a tight seal. All done and mounted over the controller. Now the fans need a little style... Fans in position. Fans with cover. Now lets put it all together in the sump area, minus the sump that is. Almost finished the reservoir area electricals, pictures tomorrow Link to comment
