jedimasterben Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 Fire would harm it lol Corals produce peroxide internally, they're fine with it. Just don't overdo it. Just use maybe 3mL or so, turn off all the pumps, spray it really, really slowly, and then leave everything off for 30 minutes or so. It'll turn white and be all dead and stuff. Link to comment

I now see what they refer to... better for a 6 bulb combo... But am confident I will enjoy the 2 B+ 2 C+ combo... SouthFlorida_Tron Posted October 31, 2013 Author Share Posted October 31, 2013 Well from 10ml and 10ml, I think I've finally honed in on my 2 part again at about 22-23ml of alk, and 25ml of ca on a 4 per day cycle, offset by 3 hours. Ive been testing just before 9am on the Ca dose and I get 415... so theoretically with the dose it adds at 9am It should bump somewhere between 420-425... which for me is perfect. The alk is at 7.8-8.0 but for my taste would prefer 7.5-7.6 Time will tell! Link to comment

I just swapped in the new C+ Will see what it looks like tomorrow at 130pm! I'm confident it will be just what I'm looking for... I wanna see this invincible monti, why don't you just let it grow a little and frag it LOL. It is just remnant skeleton and tissue from when it encrusted on the back wall, it keeps coming back! If your power goes out you have to reset everything Hmmm... funny you say that, I just unplugged mine to swap out the bulb, it forwarded 2 minutes on the clock but kept the time, date, and programming? Power has went out twice this week with the same results. But the clock and date always get messed up. Link to comment
