What's crossed out is what I already have, and a big blenny such a lawnmower may put too much bioload on my tank.

Something to eat GHA is great, but I still need to find the source of it.

cept i have no idea what's causing it...could it be detritus in between the rocks? I think I need a better cuc...I only have a couple of snails and a hermit.

nitrate: 0 ppm

phosphate: .25 ppm

kh: 8 dkh

calcium: 360 ppm

ph: 7.8

ph tested about 18 min. after lights went on

phosphate dropped a little bit

kh and calcium have always been low, i need to start a dosing regimine i guess.

also, i have some red bubble algea now. awsome.

i feed every 2-3 days. i blame all the gunk in my ACs. i think they are pretty clean now, though. Can phosphate kill shrimp? Also, withought any rock in my fuge, my cheato has started to tumble.

I just got back from the reef meeting. I didn't go crazy with coral buying, due to lack of funds and my tank with algea problems, but I did get some pretty nice pieces:

Nice monti! I've been looking for a superman. Another thing that may help with your phosphates is to rinse frozen foods before feeding to your tank. Also do you have a mag test? If not its a great investment. Try to raise your mag slowly to like 1400 or so as well to fight the gha.
