Spent198
WOW! That is one sick brain. Not to rub it in of course... Fish wise, I would definitely recommend a True Perc Clown Pair, Sixline Wrasse, and depending on your Copepod population.. Maybe even a Mandarin? I have some awesome new corals acclimating now. Ill send you a link once they are in the tank! EDIT: New pictures in my thread. -Carl Link to comment

jjjo
absolutely gorgeous setup, the single arch is great! Can't wait to see what happens next. thanks! Overall i am content with the way things progressed... perhaps the crash was a good thing (believe it or not). I also am looking forward to seeing how the tank matures, and looks in a few more months/years. well... since im not home currently (may 7th i will be BACK muahaha) i guess its appropriate to compare the old with the new. pre crash post crash (i added another LED strip... hence the bluer color) IMO i favor the new, dan Link to comment

jjjo
update: i just bought a tyree miami hurricane chalice. I also (in may) plan on ramping this tank up! while my main focus will no longer be zoas, i still am picking up a few more, that were reserved for in feb. So one might ask "what are you going to do then" well simply put, the topmost part of the arch, will be home to either a frogspawn and a hammer coral, or 2 different colored hammer corals (aussie pink/orange, and green). i also plan on turning the sand bed into CHALICE land. (after i get a summer job, or win the lottery). now, if only may will come faster... dan Link to comment
jjjo
not until you put the pics back up - now I'm curious. there's no reason to get all deletey. well since it has been said, here are all the pics of my old tank: blastomussa M. watermelon echino some corals this was a massive shroom hammer1 hammer2 a fish pic oooooh! lords same lord open up leather duncan ric torch some picture of a lion i drew back in 10th grade acropora MORE ACRO ponape birdnest another acro tiny freebie rainbow monti hammer3 micro mr tub blue zoas safecracker acro and finally... the last FTS ever of the tank before its ultimate end the new nano (just to compare) i am much happier now, than i ever was with that 55. i have every FTS of the 55, and none of them come close to the new tank. the end, dan Link to comment
