It's not to hard you take thisDSCN9220.jpgAnd pack it all into this :lol:093BA1E7.jpg
Let me post a quick pic. I have a lot of rock with encrusted corals. I can move some frags but not many. NM the blue pic...ending light cycle.http://flic.kr/p/nQhDL6'>14329932753_feeafbef42.jpghttp://flic.kr/p/nQhDL6'>My Photo Stream-804 by -Nanofreak79-Gives you an idea of my issue. Oh, and lawn if need be hold my frag. Both money wise, and well, not having a tank to put it in. Please!

I won't be ninja for long. But I do have some tricks up my sleeve. I don't think I've ordered any coral in almost a month. I don't know what to do with myself

Man it sucks those tanks can't be built right. The size is awesome looking

I have some stuff on hold from Glenn. I gotta pay for that. I got a few zoa and paly's, mostly different stuff for the 20 long.

I'll do a little update. It's going though a brown algae phase. Rocks need a little scrubbing here and there. There getting use to the LEDs and starting to open up. I have lost a few frags. Not exactly sure which ones......so many to distinguish.

I know that feeling. I used to keep track of all the frags I had then after I got back from South Africa I couldnt remember which ones were the ones I lost!

Yes, we have a problem. A good problem, but it's deffinetly an issue when you can't remember the 50,000 frag names. Lol.

I wouldn't own a glass cages tank if it was free and had a stack if cash in it.

My dealings weren't good w/ Deep Blue either. My lfs said I should leave that to her but she finally one way or another got the supv over her rep, took forever. She said they're probably in some oriental country that I'm emailing and they get back w/ you at like 4am or something crazy. Hopefully who ever takes over DBP will shake it up.

Yeah, I got everything. Just need to drill and install overflow. I'm really liking the cad tank. Idk. I could keep the same stand and just add more supports to the stand for the shortened length of the cad tank. I could also just buy the whole setup, stand and all.

At least with sticker info they could perhaps (for their needs) trace it back to the same dates, maybe any other returned tanks around then as well & discover who produced the poorly seamed tanks. But even though someone made it, someone else could have QAd it and said thumbs up when it shouldn't have been.

That's there rational. They need to have the number to compare it or whatever. I just want them to admit it's a crap seam and even if I don't have the sticker info it can be returned. I just bought the thing. It's not like I'm coming back a year later and arguing this. There warranty is 5 years, it's not really 5 years if there going to fight a obvious problem. They could get me my money back and worry about who messed up the tank later IMO.

Oh exactly, they need to certainly take the tank back and make financial amends and live up to their warranty. Definitely talk to whoever did the group buy from the lfs because the DB rep would have to return the money to the lfs.

I just sent this to my vendor and deep blue. And yes my vendor offered to reseal the left side for me.

After today's conversation I let myself calm down and think clearly about this. I will not reseal a brand new tank. I purchased a new tank, not an old tank that needs a reseal. The seam is total garbage by anyones standards. Making me get a stupid sticker number to get my money back is ridiculous. I'm going to tear the tank down and purchase another aquarium either way. I can get the number at that time, then they can argue with whoever they want about how it got screwed up. What's the warranty for? There obviously not willing to cover it. The pictures should speak enough, as well as purchase date. The vendor should do the arguing and I should have my refund. I'm suppose to tear down my tank, purchase another tank and then maybe get my Money back? I'm very dissapointed on how this is being handled. I'm out $350 I guess. That's a fine way to do buisness.

What a shitty deal all the way around. You are absolutely correct....you paid good money for a botched tank. F them.

-On the bright side, can't wait to see your new, new tank!

Those bastards emailed me back already. Saying I should talk with my vendor. Basically stating we told you what to do, go f yourself.

I'd still make a nice little video including all of their correspondences telling you kindly to F off. Finish it up with the obliteration of their tank, put all of the shards and pieces in a five gallon bucket along with a complementary video and mail it back to DB. Record the entire process and post it, all in tasteful fashion of coarse. At the very least......it may make you feel better.

I'll make a nice tank video. I'll start it from the beginning of my move day and onto the fun stuff.

Someone is lying, and it's not deep blue. They just sent a reply stating they already agreed to take the aquarium back. My vendor must be being a cheap ass, or I'm getting the runaround. Jonny blaze don't take no shizz, or get ripped off. This video is gonna be great.

I'm thinking attorney general. That's how I finally got my money back from reefs2go. I filed a complaint and got a expressed check within the same week.
