Lalani
What if they're crazy killer kind? Finished with final exams today and finally got around to snapping some pics. No super duper macros, just some overviews. Lots of growth going on in here! Including cyano, but that's been due to lapses in water changes. I'm going to be picking those back up again so hopefully it'll fade away. The GSP is growing up the back wall pretty nicely and the sps are growing well. The chalice started losing flesh where I had it placed, so I put it up top for more light and the tissue is regrowing. For the first time in years, one of the rics split! The yumas make babies like crazy, but its rare for one of the floridas to split and one of the blue ones did last week, yay. Oh, and the pom pom crab is gravid! Her belly is loaded with bright red eggs, but she's being shy so I haven't been able to get any pics. Cuuuuuuuuuute tho FTS: IMG_9310 by Ugiesnugums, on Flickr Cam's cloves are due for a pruning already: IMG_9315 by Ugiesnugums, on Flickr Also from Cam IMG_9321 by Ugiesnugums, on Flickr Some GSP is consuming a stalk of halimeda.... anybody want a GSP tree? I'm thinking with all the feeding I'm doing, it's going to start popping some too . Do you feed yours? I've been feeding the ricordea I have too, it's actually eating the mysis, just takes a while. I always had food swipers in my tanks in the past, so I didn't bother feeding mushrooms. This tank has none, so it's working out perfectly . Quote Link to comment
Steelen
Love seeing the growth on your tank! 1 Quote Link to comment

Feeding would help though! Love seeing the growth on your tank! Me too! 1 Quote Link to comment

Lalani
A week ago I moved the tank 130 miles to my new place in New Orleans, and I didn't lose a single thing! Well, except for a majority the GSP on the back wall, but that was completely expected. Everything is growing so nicely, makes me happy to look at it. Lalani
Thanks everybody! Glad the tank survived the move, now that your in nola do you plan to stay there for the long haul till you get your RX license? Yep, plan on being here for a while. I've only lived here for a week, but I'm loving it already. Takes just ~10min to get to the French Quarter. great pictures! are you planning on growing GSP again on the backwall or switching to something else? Yeah, I'm going to coax the GSP and PSP onto the back wall again. It was looking really good in some spots before the move. 2 Quote Link to comment
