Your temperature probe is more than likely not even accurate to that resolution. by that reasoning neither is my pH monitor perfectly accurate. with a 0.2 degree difference, the pH should not have moved or moved lower, not higher. Also, yay for stealing lab supplies! they were from the forensics dept. , they were past the use by date so they were tossing them out.
