Quick FTS, dont worry all the algae in on the powerheads that I am taking out. Also, you can see why I need another 150w halide, lame shadow!

your tank looks great, congrats on the move. You definitely need another light though, that shadow would drive me crazy!!!

Please tell me that psycho dude who wrote you that lame "poem" was joking......he was, right?

I didnt even get to read it or see it, but it wouldnt be the first time I had to fend off a creepy dude lol.

My husband?

I have only heard about what happened today, if someone wants to PM me and give me the details it would be appreciated, but neither I nor my husband has made a post since yesterday morning. It has been a lot longer than that since he posted here.

I certainly hope the person got banned.

And no I dont have a STD, I have never been with another man besides my husband.

I only read this forum when I am at work, when I am at home I have better things to do, like mess with my tank! :D

Tank is looking good...

See what ya mean about the brace shadow...Ive heard of peeps removing them

but I would probable skip that mod also...not worth a flood etc.

I meant to mention earlier...I love the idea of 2 MH to resemble the sun movement

this should also only increase your temp slighlty when they are both on.

I just added a 250 to my 75 gal...temps start rising when the T-5 and MH are on

at the same time of 3 hours...then T5 shut off etc.

When I can afford a chiller Im gonna add another MH to simulate the Sun movement...

but right now it would cause to much heat for me. My T5s are overdriven...but they are

14 inchs from the top of water...and still get HOT.

Izzue, I have zero heat issues as it is, which is a great place to start from. I run two 65W actinic PC's, and the sinlge 150w halide. Mine is about 10" above the water.

I keep my house cool, so I have had no problems. Even in my old apartment, it would get up near 75 in the day time and the fans could still control it.

I just feel my corals, especially my digitatas, would do better with a second point of light. Not to mention the ugly shadow would be gone.

did you add your B&Ws at the same time? i have had one since around January and am thinking about adding another.

Yes, I got them as a pair. I think they are going to start breeding very soon, they are getting large!

I snagged some goodys today at a neighborhood garage sale.....I love getting sweet deals, always be on the lookout for good reef stuff at garage sales, you can see it from the road!

$7 for the sea life systems skimmer, I'm not sure the exact model, but it should work decently for my new 60 gal hex. What pump should I use for this?...I have a rio 2100 that could work I think?

DSC01484.JPG

$5 for the Mag Drive model 7, 700 gph. This will be the lift pump for my ATO for the 37g, it needs to be able to pump water almost 8 feet high!.....This pump should do it just fine. Shame I have to use such a nice pump for such a simple job, but for $5 I cant complain!

DSC01485.JPG

$10 for the Mag Drive model 12, 1200 gph. This is going to be my return pump for my 60g hex.

DSC01486.JPG

And a few livestock additions...

True Eagle Eyes, not Whammin Watermelons.

DSC01488.JPG

A nice piece of Acropora Austera, its light green, with a purple hue, and light purple/clear polyps. My favorite acro so far.

DSC01491.JPG

My pleasantly plump target mandarin.

DSC01493.JPG

My Fire and Ice's...These grow so fast!

DSC01495.JPG

I am still trying to figure out what these are?

DSC01496.JPG

Nuke Greens, growing quickly already!

Holy raid of Garage Sales...No damn fair :P

Those are awesome prices on those pumps...I almost had to

pay out 80 bucks yesterday for a Mag 7...My current Mag 5 got

locked up with Ca precipt...Vinegar 2 hours later and Knife removal

from ceramic shaft...and good to go.

If you find that 1200 is to much...LMK.

I would like to try it on my 75 gal... :)

I am hoping that it will be perfect for the tank. It is going to be a mainly SPS system, so I think it will be ok.

Yeah I couldnt take my wallet out fast enough when I saw the prices!

Yeah I still take them out of the box and look at them, even though the other tank is a ways off from being setup!

I had a small bacterial infection on the green digitata, but that is finally resolved, and I hope to get that coral, as well as several other pieces back on the rock and the racks out of my display.

I have heard them called jade, green dragons, and a number of other things, I am just not sure. I have two types of them, both very similar.
