Hahaha, I ended up taking it out!! I did use the skimmer for a whole in my bio cube and it worked really well once I got it at the right level. My biggest complaint is that the magnet doesn't seem very strong. I added it while I still had my scooter so I was over feeding my tank. My clown also steals food from my corals and nems, so I was REALLY over feeding my tank. I was getting a TON of algae. My scooter died. I also realized I hadn't cleaned my return pump since I put it in. Nastyyyy. So now I'm over feeding less and have better circulation. I decided to take the skimmer out to see of the alage clears up on its own. I will use it again if needed though! Link to comment

I got some chemi-pure at the show this weekend, I'm hoping once I add that, it will help with some of the algae. I might bring my hermit crab back in here too.
