Cove
Thats not good...lol did you end up going with Miracles? Negative.. I don't have a tank right now. Have you heard of Aqua Inspiration near Pacific Mall? I may be getting a complete starfire tank off them. 1 Quote Link to comment
do_0b
Good luck with the build; off to a good start! Thanks i would think its the cheapest/fastest tank looks amazing though Yes I agree Negative.. I don't have a tank right now. Have you heard of Aqua Inspiration near Pacific Mall? I may be getting a complete starfire tank off them. Yeah I heard of them but they use star fire from which scratches easily Quote Link to comment
do_0b
Played around with the DSLR and snap a pic or two. Finally got the overflow installed and back panel painted. I like the viewing window on the overflow box lol. Overall the quality is really well made for anyone who wants a low profile overflow. For what I paid, I am happy with how the tank was made. Now its just waiting for the stand and sump to be finished and we can start the plumbing 4 Quote Link to comment

I think rock is enough.... else will look crowded. The current scape give a nice impression of depth. Not sure if want to remove the small rock supporting the arch..and create more of an overhang. As long as u are happy with ur scape that is all that matters.. 1 Quote Link to comment

ManGups
Which rock were you talking about? 2nd picture - u have a small rock supporting the cured rock. Glue the curved rock of the left bigger rock and remove the small rock and you have a nice overhang and a nice shaded area for the fish ... Quote Link to comment

do_0b
Im digging the over hang, is this all the rock you plan on putting in? I might put maybe another 3-4lbs of rock. Very nice. Following along. Did you rework the stand in the end? Nope, just gonna have a small gap in the back no biggie. Stand is almost done, just need to pick up some mdf for the panels and sump hopefully by Tuesday or Wednesday, Quote Link to comment
