Mariaface Posted April 13, 2016 Share Posted April 13, 2016 Oh, no! Midol (naproxen sodium, which you can buy for much cheaper and without the caffeine) is a pretty good NSAID. I managed to put micro fractures in my femur/patella during soccer, and it inflames the area every so often, so my doctor prescribed it. You don't wear flats, do you? Some feet need a small heel (1-2", whatever's comfiest) to avoid damaging a few vital nerves with impact/overextension. Feet are weird. Good luck! 2 Quote Link to comment
