As far as I know, CoralVit is just a mixture of amino acids and a few other things. You can get the same response from any other amino acid supplement.

Idk much about zeo stuff but I looked this it up and it says it's a coral food that promotes polyp extension. Amino acids are a part of "food" though so yeah idk.

There are two or three amino acids in particular that tell corals to extend their polyps like never before, so I'd put money on that being the case. ;)

I use Seachem Aquavitro Fuel but only by use of a little dropper here n' there because if you follow the instructions you'll have brown algae on the walls, use much less than what they say if you buy that one.

fill it with flowing LPS and more gorgs! and a big clam in the middle =)

Well, I have some frogspawn but it's not doing much, I have flow on low but it's always pulled in, the low on WP-25 is strong.

I like the idea of some more gorgs. Maybe a clam down the line. What are the ones that like sand? Would clowns host the bubble anemone? Thinking maybe something like that so it doesn't have long tentacles but still looks unique.

Greenish yellow St. Thomas MIA, it was dangling the other day, it didn't secure itself. I moved it to a different location to try. Power head must have taken it somewhere- don't know where it is. Sucks. The other one is doing really well, the bubbly one. I'm hoping it'll popup somewhere when I'm least expecting it and hope it didn't float into a rock flower, or duncan, acan, etc.

And the rainbow nem moved down into the section facing the acans, is no longer on top where I can enjoy him.

I lost an expensive bloodbath shroom off the plug. It popped up weeks later. Isn't in my most favorable spot, but it's back. Lol

I've never heard of that, do you have a picture of when you could see it easily?

Well, unless they come sooner on their own I'm going to be a first time Auntie- actually Double Auntie next Tues!!!. My sister Lisa (10 yrs younger) is going to have fraternal twins. She turns 38 wks on Sun but the drs appt is Tues and said they'll make her have them then. I'm excited, just saddened that they live in upper Indiana and I'm in WNC. Won't see them too much but I feel honored she's asked me to take pics of them when I do see them. Because I can take some great pics outside....just not as much inside. I just don't have patience inside under LEDs. I finally got it where I could take them in the 8, then the 34, now I'm starting at square 1 w/ the Razor in the breeder.

Just shoot in RAW so you don't have to worry about white balance, set your lights to a set percentage that you know isn't too blown out from the start, and then make final adjustments in post.

Maybe I'll try that at some point soon. I'm lazy so if I don't like the pic I just try another way instead of messing with it but I may have to do that.

I know can you believe she put one just after the epidural? I thought when she hit 2 mins that it was going to be soon. I didn't have a chance to look being at work, got home about 7:30. I'm babysitting 2 sets of pets. One a coworker, then closer to home Randi.

I can't believe she was giving updates all throughout the day LOL. I was in no mood to text when I was in labor . She's so cute. Sounds like she's having a really great experience so far :).

It's her first baby. I think typically the labor is at least 24 hours. Except for a lucky few :). Mine was 22 hours and would have been longer but I ended up having to get a c-section. Nothing like pushing for 3 hours and then having to have a c-section .

Oh my gosh, I know she is so ready for her to come out. UGH 22-24 hrs. wow. I couldn't imagine that. I'd be so tired. I'd be like "ok guys, knock me out and pull it out".

and then being so tired, how can they expect you to nurse? I know they only keep you these days over night and expect that baby to latch on quick so here you are all tired and you better make it work!! So much for being comfortable.

OH correction! My mother was confused. it's ultrasound on Tues, Thurs is the specialist visit and they'd have my sister come in at 6am Thurs to get this baby action going so they boy and girl will be here Thurs or Fri. Ok, I'e never been an aunt but I can't wait.

Glad to hear the babies arrived! I can't imagine what it must be like for your sister right now. Hopefully her husband takes good care of her and the babes!
