metrokat
Chopped clams are wholesome foods and according to Paul B, they provide the most complete nutrition since you feed the whole animal. Link to comment
jedimasterben
brad, is your progressive sunphase code, well, just code? Or are there libraries that it references? Link to comment

Yep lol I fed a whole little neck to the anemone lol I thought it was gonna implode lol it was so closed up it looked l8ke a seaapple lol brad, is your progressive sunphase code, well, just code? Or are there libraries that it references? Its just code that spits out 4 numbers - risehour, riseminute, sethour, set minute. Along with the offset times. The output variables must be global variables so your pwm slope can access them. It does reference 3 external functions though but no libraries Link to comment

BadCrab
I don't know man - that's starting to look really rough. I know you like the colonies but at that point I'd probably crap a brick and just start fragging any saveable tissue to cut my loss on it. Link to comment

Deckoz2302
Sorry guys...I feel your pain. It sucks. This cute little wrasse that hid in the sand for two months is like the only thing keeping me happy right now lol Unfortunately the large wrasse is teaching her how to steal food from the anemone lol Link to comment
metrokat
Here we go again Yesterday Today.. Do you see a black line between the tissue that is alive and the dead parts? This coral is too dark for me to make out in the picture. Link to comment
NanoTopia
Do you see a black line between the tissue that is alive and the dead parts? This coral is too dark for me to make out in the picture. I'm guessing it is White Syndrome and not Black Band Disease if a disease at all. It does look like disease to me since other corals are not affected at all. This has wiped out many SPS tanks in the past. Christine Link to comment
MedRed
noticed your sig and got sick to my stomach. What happened to your tank!?!?!?!? Link to comment

BattleAthletics
Have you sent off your water to a lab for testing? I know it sounds extreme but it might answer your questions. Pesticides started and problems started didn't it... Link to comment
Deckoz2302
No. Lol what lab would do this? Link to comment
jedimasterben
And without knowing what they're testing for, testing for it would be impossible. Link to comment

MedRed
No. Lol what lab would do this? Vivid Aquariums had this done when their display was crashing. I'll ask them where they sent their water to. They test for the full composition of the water. That still wouldn't rule out chemical poisoning, coral warfare, or a bacterial/pest infection. Link to comment

Well I don't think it was chemical poisoning - even though the apartment got sprayed as I think everyone would be effected. I don't think warfare due to the amount of carbon I run. I don't think pests even though I found a couple nudii. The only thing I can think of that could cause all my sps -monti, poci, stylo, acro. Along with both of my clams and 4 maxi minis to just whither away in a matter of days is some type of bacteria? I mean I haven't lost any fish, lps all look normal, my big h.crispa is perfectly dandy. What makes me think even more so that it may be bacterial isI did close to 200gallons in water changes over a ccouple days and started running my uv sterilizer. Everything was fine for a few days. Then right back to it now 2 of my last 4 colonies of sps are wilted away. I really don't know what else to do Link to comment
