Picked up an ignitus anthias the other day...hes a stud.

Man, these shots are really good! Did you take these with the kit lens? The images are really sharp for a kit lens.

Hes also accepting rotifers now. I tried reef plankton and blood worms but he wasnt interested. So im going to try stop by my lfs tomorrow and see if i could find anything larger he might eat...

They are awesome! It's almost like they are turning over every grain on sand individually. You can see a clear path of white sand in the areas they've been.

are there any conch's that stay small? thinking about putting them in my 45 gallon - any idea on how many per square feet of sand? ( i assume gallons make no difference for they stay on the sandbed the entire time)
