It's flame polished edges which makes it look kind of like glass I'm fairly sure the PicO screen covers are made in acrylic Seahawk.JDH, it looks *really* good with that light combo... what a tank this will be!I know right?! To tell you the truth I much prefer to run rimless with no top, and it doesn't mean that I won't. I figured though, if there's a specific fish that is a known "jumper" that I just have to have, I would like that piece of mind. Plus if it helps with evap, that is pretty cool. Oh yes, definitely. I will be purchasing an Elos Osmocontroller in the future. There's a few other things that take priority now, but I manually top off in the morning, and when I get home from work. I figure it's better to top off little bits twice a day to help keep salinity swings to a minimum, and it's not exactly hard - although a bit of a pain-in-the-ass. Link to comment

Thought they were supposed to be commercial/ non-hobby pumps... hmmm... The Elos comes with a sensor, controller, and pump so you could just use the one that comes with it, but I thought the brs dosing pump would be more gradual and accurate, but if it's not reliable then I guess not...
