tanacharison Posted April 24, 2018 Author Share Posted April 24, 2018 So maybe the Umbellulifera was a bad idea.. I do think I was feeding enough. I really lacked slightly colder temperatures and constant floating particulate so i'm thinking that's the start of the downfall. The filter socks are too good at removing food. I moved it into my cube hoping the higher nutrient levels and less intense lighting will be appreciated.. oh and it's 78 max. Quote Link to comment
tanacharison Posted April 25, 2018 Author Share Posted April 25, 2018 Water change completed. After getting the tang it looked like it had a scratch on its left side after the first day. To help I added a drop of garlic oil on the mysis once every few days and on the algae sheets. The marks are completely gone from the tang and shes happily swimming around and picking at the rock. I want to continue to add garlic oil once a week but the other fish absolutely hate it.. They wont attack the frozen food at all and eat half as much when added. Kinda annoying. Quote Link to comment
