DaveFason
If you have the time I would just do a 100% water change. Tank this small it should be fast and easy! Quote Link to comment

Did about a 50% water change (5 gallon bucket) and will do another this weekend. Looks like everything will pull through just fine. Note to self, remember to plug the ato back in next time. Aruba on the other hand was wonderful. Mid 80’s, sunny, constant breeze. 6 2 Quote Link to comment

teenyreef
Wow, nice vacation! Glad to hear things are bouncing back. ATO issues are my #1 worry when I go on vacation or out of town for work. Fortunately we have other pets so there's always someone coming to the house to check on things every day. But almost every time there's a problem it has something to do with the ATO, either running out of water, or the pump timing out, or just getting broken. 1 Quote Link to comment

TatorTaco
Sorry to hear about the ATO. I often times forget to turn the ATO back on until I get tons of bubbles and the whining sound of the return pump blares through the house. Quote Link to comment
kguske2
Everything seems to be bouncing back post ato mishap. The one one thing that wasn’t impacted and seems to be thriving is bubble algae. Taking over the rock work everywhere I look. Bleh 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Cannedfish
Like a fish out of water, I'm a Gator in Louisiana (weird analogy, I know)... Either way your tank (& other photos) is incredible. 2 Quote Link to comment

I’ve sold a few small ones here and there and currently have about 7-9 growing on another rock so it’s certainly provided opportunity. I just rarely sell any of them 25 minutes ago, Cannedfish said: Like a fish out of water, I'm a Gator in Louisiana (weird analogy, I know)... Either way your tank (& other photos) is incredible. kguske2
So, it's been a while. And life has been adventurous lately - I'll be a dad in June! In tank life, not much new. Tank just sort of exists in its corner, things get fed, water gets changed. And bubble algae continues to grow in the deep dark corners (or all over) the rocks. 9 Quote Link to comment

Growth really took off as tank neglect increased so I guess it likes dirty water. 1 Quote Link to comment
