Hahaha SLC has some nice views at least. Also, squatters pub in terminal C is decent, pretty good by airport food standards. And the beer is good too. Very true. It's those tiny little mouths, always wanting to snack. I mixed reef roids with RODI in a dropper bottle for my smaller tank, just a squirt every morning and my Orchid stylo regained color. All LED. My theory with lighting is that LED actually does a better job of providing full spectrum lighting so the food demands rise as well. LPS are unaffected based on how they feed. Big mouths, longer digestion periods, and can do fine with larger feedings that are spread apart, like most of us normally feed. 1 Quote Link to comment

Better job does not mean they are better for SPS IMO, I prefer T5+LED mix, they may be better, but as of right now the "BEST OPTION FOR SPS GROWTH AND COLOR" hype is boosting up the prices of those lighting systems. No one will ever convince me that a T5/LED hybrid is worth $1.2K+ that's just overpricing for something that the companies know customers will buy. Nice pictures Roger thanks babe. Kat helped me out and her katropora has been doing very well in my tank since I got it from her last year. Colored nice, greener than yours (assume due to less light), but I have been feeding more recently and its growth is finally starting. for a while it just encrusted but is finally sending up branches. Happy Holidays everyone! I haven't been on in a long time, busy life, wedding in six weeks, but I am glad to see the regulars are still around and that this tank is still going!!! 1 Quote Link to comment

I'm about togo pick up some sps since the filefish is nipping at all the zoanthids. I voted to take the filefish back after the aptasia have been neutralized, but my mom would rather have the fish than the aptasia.
