violinist
I love the macros. How tolerant are they of an immature tank? Any special concerns with them as a group or specific types? Link to comment

D3monic
Looks like the Anthias worked out who was going to be the male. I noticed today that he has allready developed a nice long dorsal spike. He was flashing the female like crazy tonight. Heres a couple pics I took. Link to comment

lakshwadeep
Very nice pipefish! It's always good to have more planted tanks. Whenever you get it, you will love the halymenia. Link to comment
seahorsedreams
SWEET! I really like your photoshop on page 5. :-) You did an awesome job of the stand. Your tank looks really nice. Link to comment
D3monic
lol thanks Renee. With my tax return I plan on getting the canon rebel fixed and get a remote for it so hopefully I will be able to snap some nicer pics. This crappy lil point and shoot can only do so much. Link to comment
D3monic
I just picked up a pair of red and white banded pipefish. They had a pair of the yellow and dragonface as well. I had a hard time deciding if I should get the yellows or white and my wife convinced me to get the white. 4 of the yellow would of increased my chances of breeding but also aggression. Hopefully the white and yellows get along fine. They just got done with thier FW dip and are in the QT they are checking out the cyclopeeze but not eating yet. Link to comment

seahorsedreams
Just don't get any bluestripes... those pipes are such little snots. Link to comment
D3monic
Yea I know. I dont plan on getting any. I read that they are the most agressive of pipefish species and will kill a pipe 3 times thier size. Kind of counter productive to my ultra nonagressive system. I DO want to get some striped shrimpfish though. Link to comment
