I see a little cyano....just keep using the distilled and a turkey baster to blast it off your rocks and I am sure it'll clear up. I am so glad I got back into this hobby and I can tell you have the same excitement I have. Link to comment

PoopCola Posted January 27, 2009 Author Share Posted January 27, 2009 Updates Cyano and hair algea have almost totally subsided I did a three day "black out" coraline growth exploded ( I keep finding different colors) I now have deep prple, teal, red, maroon, and green. reduced my light cycle from 12 to 8 hours Colony I bought has about 5 different kinds of zoas on it all cool moved the rock around a bit ad added a new piece Just made a BIG order from VividAquariums.com Pics of the new arrivals some time in the next week or so! happy reefing! PoopCola Posted February 2, 2009 Author Share Posted February 2, 2009 moved the yellow leather read more about it and found it liked STRONG flow (Vivid aquariums had it listed as "moderate") It looks much happier now duncans have opened up WAY MORE and eat a shrimp pellet everyday I think I lost a sexy Ive only seen 4 in last few days more pics on the way... Not that I'm not guitly of having a lot of photos too it just makes the tread more "readable". Congrats on the awesome assortment of corals so fast Link to comment

Yea I take alot of pictures I think I will have to be more selective of the photos I post in the future I just love to watch my reef tank so I end up taking alot of photos thanks for the compliments and advice Link to comment
