quy_nquyen Posted March 21, 2007 Share Posted March 21, 2007 First off i'd like to say it's so hard to get any attention unless you have a million post, a girl or using a picture of some hottie as your avatar. To draw more interest or DECEPTION, i made the title in caps plus used the word "naughty", because i know there are TONS AND TONS horny people out there! i was going to use "free porn" as purpose by a friend, but i thought it was a bit drastic. Now for the tank i went with the 24g aquapod with 150 watt mh for 2 reasons. i had great results with the 12 gallon aquapod and i dont have enough money to invest in the 28g nanocube. tank=aquapod 24 + 150 watt mh flow= stock pump + rio90 (both will most likely be replaced, especially the stock pump) filter chamber= removed all stock media and currently have cheato LR= currently 20-25lb of fiji rocks sand= 20lb CUC= 10 Nassarius Snail, 2-4 Margarita Snail, 3-5 hermint (i think 1 was a scarlet), 1 peppermint shrimp Fish= sixline from my 12g anything else= anemone crab Coral LPS= frogspawn, candy canes Zoanthids= colors of the rainbows (will get close up shots later on of each) near-future upgrade -filter chamber pump to a mj900 and add another one in the display. -another 10-15 lb of rocks for the tank. i need to to add about 5-10 more lb for the display and the rest will be broken down into LR rubble for the filter chamber. within a week or two im going to probably add a baby onyx clown as well as some kind of goby for the sand. i was thinking of the yellow watchmen. let me know if you guys have any suggestions for fish. im looking for something lively and colorful. and what's a post without some pictures right? i plan to keep the sand bed clean. Right now im hold frags for cuong since he's taking his tank down. the sand should be clean by next weekend though. He saw another thread and inspired me to create a cascading aquascaping which will start at the left rear towards the right front. This is why i need about 5-10 more lbs or rock for the display. i think the cascading aquascaping from left rear to right front will be awesome because the tank is up against the wall, and can only been seen from the front and right side. sorry for the super duper poor excuse of a picture. im ashamed to say that i own a Canon Rebel XT. if anyone knows how to work the rebel please give me some tips! close up of coral soon to come let me know what you guys think. Wow, the tank looks totally established minus the normal junk on the back wall an established tank has. Looks really nice though! I haven't really used a Reblt XT, but I'm sure I could figure it out after 5 minutes, I don't need no stinkin' manual! haha I'm jealous though, I want a DSLR camera. Link to comment

It was about 3/4-1 inch (still a baby)and the next thing i knew BAM was in my tank! if anyone read my last thread, you'd know that im not very lucky when it comes to clown so PLEASE PLEASE PRAY FOR ME. this is my favorite zoanthid. at the moment im calling them shawns red galaxy not sure if they are unique, but i when they color up a bit more im going to send a few pics to zoaid. BEST TRADER EVER. i was only expecting about 4 or 5 frags but he hooked it up with 9! plus le fart-in-a-bad i think im getting a BIT better with the rebel, JUST A BIT.
