There have been a few hiccups here and there. I had a large dino outbreak after the major trim, which took a couple months to beat back. Still dealing with cyano and a bit of GHA.

 

Fortunately though, corals seem better than ever since I've increased PO4 to >0.1ppm.

For the nano-reef theme, here's a 3 gallon pico I've been working on.

 

Here it is approximately 3 weeks ago, shortly after I got it up and running. The SPS have surprisingly really taken off!

I liked it; After almost 3 years with the Fiji Cube, I just wanted something larger.

I really like the Reefis. Hopefully two will be enough to cover my tank, as the scape is the same. If not, I might have to grab a third one in the future.

 Isn't it ? Honestly,probably the nicest most natural looking tanks on this forum and it does not get the attention nor the respect it truly deserves. 

 

 I would over the moon to have the tank. Its a prime example of TOTM,dedication and triumph. 

 

 The music definitely made my eyes tired lol I could have fallen asleep while cooking earlier.

Thanks. If you look back; I came up with the overall aquascape design a few years ago and have ran with the same design in each of my upgrades. The system definitely has had ups and downs, but it's been a positive journey overall. Just glad I can share it with ya'll.

 

That music does the same to me. I was sitting on the lounge chair earlier and decided to take a nap after reviewing the video.

Shoot I remember the NanoBox tank lol. I have followed all your builds. I am glad to see that with the crashes and all the hard times you stuck it thru and kept pushing. You can tell its paid off tremendously.

Haha persistent seems to be the key to this hobby. Some of the corals I have in the tank date all the way back to my first build (acans, euphyllia and ricordea).

I've always been drawn to more open aquascapes and the SPS canyon was just getting too crowded as acros started getting bigger.  Hopefully this new scape will remain open even after it grows in.
