With me and my dad it's the other way around. I'm 18 and trying to get my dad in the hobby as he was always interested in salt water but never got himself started with one. I don't have a nem, but I do have a huge toadstool and a decent sized torch that I'd like my clowns to host. I'm also going to try the ridiculous "tape a picture of a clown hosting to the glass" trick, baiting them in with food, and shining a flashlight on the target host at night (I hear they're attracted to the light).
