on another note... for those that still read this thread  lol..

had to move basically all the coral from the left by the nem.... hes blowing up so big hes reaching all the way to the middle where my Borealis was... i would have none of that, moved him as well...

the birdsnest, well... consider it weed control... even the frag that broke and i glued down is growing like crazy so whatever lol....

pics soon for sure considering the moves...

That is why I won't be putting in an anemone in my tank...

Good thing you noticed in time.

Not the first time... Already moved the Valida.

I bought it ghost white bleached. It's just gotten so healthy it's consuming the corner. I stopped feeding, strictly photo feeding now lol

Is the clam laying in the sand now or do you have it slightly raised with something?

I am looking to purchasing one soon but I am afraid of what my Goby will do to it.

go for it, just keep nitrates low and phosphates and low to nil.... goby shouldnt bother it.

my cleaner shrimp pisses it off more than anything. always pickin at it, and runnin on it, and then jumping back onto my acros and pissing them off.....

Eco Reef has 4 or 5...few derasas and 2 maximas... check em out... decently priced compared to other stores...

i just have a small little rock underneath and it sits below the sand, and the clam grabs onto it with its foot.

Chaeto, want/need a piece?

No skimmer, with frequent water changes, you shouldn't need one, IMO.

No just curious if u use it, cuz ur water will be wet, & even wetter with a skimmer.

Ya I don't use one either, however I would want one, just no space for it...

You'd be surprised at how effective it still is even though frequent water changes.
