My snail is doing some type of jig where his shell taps the glass. Anyone know the reason for this?

I had a good cleaning today, including the back glass. I ordered some zoas last week but one of them didnt make it, turned into a zoa pancake. Ill add a pic later when its not storming.

 

I put the Trochus in my tiny tank, he has been flipping over at night. I replaced him with an astrea and nerite.

After I moved the ric to the corner to recoup, the mini stars started ripping chunks off and waving them in the air at me. I took him out and stuck him in the tiny tank and the creature in there ate it.
