weeber
man moto i need some of ur zoas. squared are those zoas in the second pic 5 color rainbows? Link to comment
jm82792
I scored!!! I saw them months ago, they succumbed to zoa pox then around 8 months later I came back and they seemed healthy although I need to setup a QT since it only takes one time then I'll be in a world of hurt. There are a lot(thousands of polyps) of them where I found them, I took a quarter sized frag of them. I hope they don't loose color since they were in ultra shallow tidepools, right now they are about 4 inches from my 175 watt MH light. For the heck of it I'll add them to zoaID, there was a previous entry of them being seen in Japan but no name. Maybe Atomic Leprechaun Blizzard or something weird yet descriptive. Link to comment
weeber
those are sweet zoas and i do think the key to keeping the color of those shallow water zoas is to put them higher up and in more flow. i would love a frag i u are ever selling. i think a cool name might be atomic kiwis. is that ur own pic? jm82792
Yes it's my own picture. Selling probably won't happen, my friend was bugging me about a frag tank but permits, that there is already a place in Hawaii selling zoas and such it more than likely won't happen. It has a lot of flow and light(4 inches from 14k Phoenix), we will see. I think Atomic Kiwi sounds better, I don't know I might not name them since they might not get out of the state any time soon.
