I found several pyramid snails. So now every other night I need to pull both clams and give them a super scrub. I should also get a separate container for the clams to sit in as well. But I think it looks better now. April November The JF Coolers Champagne had a tough time in shipping when I picked it up. This is one that a fellow nanoreef member let me take when a trade went bad. I thought I was going to loose it. Starting to color up and grow. I got mine from algae barn and was pest free. I got them from Pacific East Aquaculture. Only one of the clams had some snails on it. They are actually due for a good scrubbing. Once I know they are pest free- ill be selling the one that they gave to me by accident. The correct clam came in and it is just beautiful. So hard to take pictures of them though. I started increasing my lighting intensity last week. Its definitely fuzzy- no doubt about that. I plan to go to Ocean State Aquatics tomorrow. I need some acans. They are my favorite I need some fat lords in here. I plan to bring only cash so I don’t blow too much money away! I sold some frags today. I wish we could have formally met. But with covid its hard. But now I got more money to put into the tank. I went to Ocean State Aquatics today and got some coral. One elegance and a couple acans. There is a nasty-ish storm today. They lost power when I was there. But this reminded me to test my battery backup. The bad- my Ecotech backup failed my usual test. Something weird going on that I can’t find answers to online. Second- one of my neros today decided to work on and off despite a good citric acid cleaning. So I ordered a new one 2nd day delivery. I went food shopping and now that I am home its on again. Its just not reliable right now. I think a snail busted it. Anyways- heres the new additions. 3 1 Quote Link to comment
