8: Food, or maybe just a gift certificate to like Taco Bell?

9: Maybe some of that fancy-schmancy macro algae stuff.

10: Purigen, or some form of purigen like product.

This is true, pain meds are very effective for that.  Colace, dark green leafy vegetables, and copious amounts of spicy restaurant salsa are all things that may help with that.
