You will have people adamantly defend both, or one of dozens of other supplements, all saying that theirs is the 'best' and that their tank is so much better now, etc etc. The only thing you'll get is nitrogen and more polyp extension immediately after dosing. I haven't tried ME but i just finished my 2nd bottle of acro power. TBH, I didn't notice much difference. Where are your acros though, unless you have a ton, these amino acids are not really needed. Today a lot of foods come with AAs in them, some of the newer brands anyway. Same with pro-biotics. IDK. ...and nice algae growth if you over dose ^^ true Link to comment
