Thanks.... No crazy stocking.As is, the wife is letting me slide, having this tank. And, I know full well my limitations. Although, I am thinking of making this High End LPS. Like, really $$$$ frags. Just fill it with DOPE stuff, from the get go. The smokers are expensive to ship, but I can send you hardware and you can build one. I got my rib recipe from a competition winning team. They're really good. PM me an address, and I'll be sure to Vac-Pack/freeze ya some pre-cooked goodness. I'd love an excuse to fire up my UDS.
