What do you guys think of using the 75 watt neotherm...

It is rated for tanks up to 20 gallons

But its the only one that will fit my tank...

It doesn't really matter what the heater watt is right??

It just takes longer if its less watts to heat the tank!??

Thanks

I think it would be fine. As long as the tank is in a room that is temperature controlled and doesn't get super cold. Stick it in an area that will get a nice continuous flow to to maximize the heat output evenly throughout the tank. My 2 cents :).

100 watt

But maybe I could put the cobalt diagonal sideways... If that makes sense? I think it will work! I can do 100w too!

I'm only using the 150 in about 45gallons TSV, and seems to work great. It's not on constantly!

They say it needs to be straight up, but mine is slightly angled, because it's not able to stand up and be fully submerged in 8" of water

Update:

AQUASCAPING MADNESS

My order from Macro Rocks came today and I got some pics of the aquascape! I'm pretty excited :happydance: because it worked out smoothly even though the original aquascape I had decided on was just not going to work with the rocks I received! But I got GREAT ROCKS!

Great start !! Can't wait till you get it up and running :) I went from the cobalt heater to the titanium heater and love it . It works better for my sump , not to take away from the cobalt because it's an awsome heater .
