surgicalsense Posted February 3, 2012 Author Share Posted February 3, 2012 Nice job. Are you happy with the color combo? I am, however I am trying to get used to the variations of different colors. I have no moonlight effects but I figure that is okay. I will learn the controller and all the different color varations that I can not give the corals. * last night, I turned off the whites and just had the blues. Poor clowns it freaked them out and they actually went into hidding in the rocks I had never seen that before. I wonder what they see and their natural flight was because of that. Correct, that is why I got the RGB Pro to support those corals I want and to keep from the mishaps of overkill with the lights. I do have the extra remote but the issue with is the receiver is busted. That is why they sent me the extra. I would totally hook you up, but the receiver needs to work most importantly, other then that the remote is useless Link to comment

I wanted to make sure I did not add like 3 strips or 4 when, specially with not knowing what I was doing. I consulted with Ecoxotics and explained to them my plans and specs of the tank. ... sorry maybe I did not word it clear. I have had the spelling police on my tail today here on the forum so I am on edge Link to comment

I definitely want a nem in the future so I want plenty of light. Everyone seems to say you need more than 1 or 2 strips. But then a LFS had a 12g nano with nem and one strip set up for a year... and it split. Link to comment
