FlCandy Posted June 17, 2012 Author Share Posted June 17, 2012 Love it. I had a pair in my BC14. Really loved watching them. Couldn't deal with the constant sandstorms. I think my sand was too fine. IDK never sand storms from these two just small blasts, not too bad! Make a nice pair though! I went to tanks a lot today, and it was awesome! the guys were very nice and they had some sick corals. i got a pink and green chalice, a cool acan, some zoas, and a pretty 4 mouth ricordia. and they accidentaly broke a piece of an acro in the display trying to get me a majano for my jars, and gave me the broken piece. they also had this war coral for $25 that was red and purple, you should go snatch it up. i would definetly go there many more times. you are lucky you are so close to it. oh, and the display was really foggy because one of the big clams spawned! I love them for the colors. I think they had some of the riddler chalice in the 25$ frag tank, that's where I found my acans. I have a red and green war I am currently nursing back to health after a paly attack on it but I will have to drop back in for more soon, wish they got fancy clams in more often. That's my next big purchase guys a clam. I am worried but if I can keep SPS happy and etc and I am running without any carbon, just the FUGE and the Skimmer for filtration and I am loving it! Maybe a week or 2 from now I will start looking for that WOW clam. Link to comment

Thanks Mark, although someone else has a better pic of a Yasha Pistol pair that I know was used in the faces contest as "Thuggin It" so I have been overshadowed yet again. It would just become the monthly update and the occasional post, I am so over this site, seems to be more of a frat party then anything else now and I am not interested in that. All I want to do on here is talk corals and that never seems to happen. The tank is the only positive thing I have right now so I want to focus on that, mending the relationship with A and me and getting my damn car paid for. And at the end of that list in the shadow is my back, since the doctors and the attorney still have 0 answers regarding the nerve test last Tuesday. I think leaving the forum would be in The best interest for me. Life sucks so hard right now. Link to comment

Just pop in now and again so we can see what the tank is looking like. I'll still be able to catch your postings on FB I can totally see what you are saying about the party aspect. I chose/choose to ignore those postings (I use the ignore feature)!!!!!! And only visit threads that don't have a bunch of look-at-me chatter. It makes the place more enjoyable to visit Yeah the SPS moved a bit the Purple Monster went behind the red planet and Palmers Blue, the Zoas got glued down, and I moved the Yuma up so maybe it will be happier in brighter light, it's still hanging in there and showing more color just not growing. I also put the weird Green and Blue LPS higher up on the rock where I used to have the pink Monti, and yeah I think that's everyone. Just been a LONG year and this last 2 months has made things worse. OH and I found out I am a candidate for back surgery....???? They didn't say why etc, just that they are considering it but I need a follow up and have some pretty decent damage to my back. Saying it's an outpatient procedure and I would be out Thursday-Monday probably..... Scared out of my mind. Link to comment

I won't delete it and lose all that information, my failings will help someone down the road I hope! IDK I am considering it, I have to get another followup with the Neuro as I want to discuss options, but surgery may be the best bet as I have known people to get the shots etc and still need to go under the knife a year later. Sooner is better as I don't want too much nerve damage..... Tingling foot, leg and hand is weird! And I am sick of having hip pain! I know Randi is on a break...but just came in for a You rock girlie! My fingers are crossed. Thanks! I just shared that link on FB. Love it! So I posted pics on Sunday right? I will be doing another posting a month from then with pics, had a mild ALK drop as I have a bunch of growing SPS (from 8.0 to 7.7) but all is well. Dosing is fun! Pics of the car today. I just sat there staring at the one I got for the Sump and decided the dimensions were much better. So for both tanks I think I paid 140-50. Not too bac. The stand cost more to build. Link to comment
