I'm 16 so I know the money issues,and all the other problems with being "young".

Your best bet is to buy good equipment,and slowly buy livestock,

from experience skimping on equipment will only cost you more in the long run.

While livestock can be bought "piece by piece"

I read all could and got a job before I started a reef tank just so I knew would have the funds to provide it with whatever it needed

Reefkeeping is expensive. There's this thing called money-management and saving for expensive purchases, you should try it. Btw, skimmer's appropriate for your tank are available at $150 and lower, not $300+.
