got2envy Posted March 11, 2009 Author Share Posted March 11, 2009 Here is the order of steps for the foam/rock wall - Cut egg crate to how you want the shape to be for the wall - Zip tie dry rock to egg crate - Use "Great Stuff" red can to fill gaps and cover zip ties - let great stuff cure for 24 hrs - I used Bondo brand fiberglass resin (has a white truck pulling a boat on front of can) got it at Wal-Mart - buy some cheap small paint brushes and brush resin in parts and sprinkle dry reef sand on - let it cure for a week and apply the resin outdoors as it has a strong smell HTH PM me if ya got some more questions Maria Link to comment

I got to get some better pics of those Nukes and PD's they are awesome as well as the AOG's I <3 them and the purple digita is in my 75g my bro fell in love with it haha and since he is taking the tank... Here is a pic of meh fuge with NRF's cheetoz and macros it has a 10w submersible hologen light and a Rio 50 for circulation and a pic of the freaky shadow on the wall lol I need to make a little cover for that edit ^^^ looks like a butt rofl touch the butt Link to comment
Migs7 Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 Took some pix today..I changed one of the bulbs to a 420nm to get a bit more blue...still gonna go with the better bulbs in a while after these do there thang Vorsecks powah..will prob upgrade to the MP40, but so far so good..I have it on reef crest and I also like the short pulse mode some of my corals my african leopard wrasse <3 some of my corals are still getting used to the new lights side shot FTS Thanks for looking! RBTA is a clone of another I have and has been with me from the beginning...I was bad and bought it 4 months into reefing My 3 clowns were hosting it in my 40 long but when I transferred everything they don't even look at it It is actually very easy to make but the cure time may cause people to not try...
