I've had that happened to my PPE's and RPE's several times... it looks like their heads comes off or wither away, then a new head will show up.. it takes about 4-6 weeks for the process... from the moment they start to look like that to seeing the new head.. good luck buddy.. there is a stem below it that might develop in to a head but for now i am leaving that puppy alone. Looks like you must be best friends with the ReefDoctor Im really starting to like the Micros...but they cost so My future tank...will have the whole middle sand bed open for LPS. The frag i was going to use as my main looks like it is taking a turn for the worse they are both turning inside out and not taking food anymore. here is yesterday And today Might not be able to give up my frag if they continue to decline Wow, I'm sorry. Well i said to hell with that and just cut my tiger eyes colony in to 3 frags Then i figured since i had the dremel converted to the flex-shaft extension i might as well cut some more. so i cut my Aussie gamma rays in to 2 frags and sliced a couple of polyps off my PPE micro while i was at it.
