My frag tank is hurting :(

I keep coming here for inspiration.

Great shots and just awesome growth.

And that watermelon is just crazy! ( I was gonna say mouth watering, but, too corny even for me )

Figured I'd post some updated shots.

Bright green ecrusting Montipora. The one on the right is bleached a little from being too close to the halide.

Montipora capricornis.

Pink Palythoa and ORA Tort. Don't mind the algae.

Thanks NRF. What's going on with yours??

Ugh, Sorry nUgZ, still hit and miss with email reply notifications....

I wish I knew for sure. I had a bunch of zoa frags melt away on me. Looking back the tank had become rather "light" in the live rock department as I had been stealing from it for my other two tanks. Truth be told, I had become lax in my testing and I am paying for that now, BIG TIME. So I relocated what still looked OK to my display for now. I have picked up about 10 lbs of LR from a local reefer and the tank is going through a bit of a bloom right now. I also had been using Reef Crystals and I got a bad bucket, very low Ca. Strangely, my LPS frags really don't look that bad. I'll get a handle on it one day Bud.

Great new pics. That Undata is sweet!

Thanks NRF. I know what you mean about the notifications. I get notifications for most of the threads I'm subscribed to, but not my two tank threads. I hope everything gets back on track for you...I wonder what's up with all the bad salt going around. I'm sure the salt companies don't want to start getting billed for people's livestock losses as a result of their mistake. If something happened in this tank as a result of bad salt there would definitely be somebody paying the price. They wouldn't want to see my bill I can guarantee that.

How much Nuclear Green?? I thought you had your eye on the Unattainables?

I do, but I like the Watermelon even better.

Honestly, I probably only have 1 polyp available right now.

I have a 2 polyp Mohawk frag too, do you have those?

I don't have any Mohawks, but that isn't one that's been at the top of my list. I've actually gotten rid of a lot of my Zoanthids and am focusing on nice LPS, SPS, and true Palythoa. You can send me some pics of the Mohawks if you want...I'll be glad to consider it.

Very nice nUgZ. Sweet Scoly too! B)

Getting rid of Zoas huh? Hmmmm, sounds very familiar.......

I'm getting rid of mine too. Actually most of them kinda left on their own...

NRF- Thanks. I feel that way too when I look at the Watermelon. I love the new Scolymia too....if I didn't have the melon the Scoly would be my new favorite. Zoanthids just aren't doing it for me anymore. I don't know why.

dtfleming- :) You should know better than to get on L's bad side...
