Yes get the ORA Mandarin agreed but at least when your done cycling you can stock my cycle is almost done but I still have to wait for 75% of my equipment in the mail currently. Lololol sooo true. Ya I basically had the tank up and running post cycle but basically no Aqua Illumination (backorder) and no chaeto (which makes my water wetter) Link to comment

I left about 2" between most acros but the ones growing tall I have em closer, like the Digi and the green one to the back. Link to comment

Looks so much better with the clam off the rocks as well. yes n yes! and yessss! dude, yesterday i woke up or was it tuesday, and the dmn thing was dngling nearly sideways from the rock, over the rose milli... so i grabbed one of my badass cooking knives and sliced his gland and moved him down with a frag rock under where he is... in mad flow but hey, its nature, hes supposed to have it!... we'll see.... he has patches of bleach/or skin issues, not sure... doesnt show in pics. ill try n get some later. I am loving the birdsnest. All the sps are looking great! he is a beast. i broke a frag off moving that huge rock due to the nem getting huge (also y i moved the digi and borealis) and a small frag survived, you can see it in pics lol Height wise, how high until your SPS hit the water surface? Any suggustions in inches? oh, well i didnt measure, i just placed em around.... the rocks were always thiss way and i just glue gel and putty'd them there. since my light is beastmode and the tank only being 15" i could put them lower....thats just where my LPS are... (zoas, 2 rics, frogspawn, gsp, etc) MOOOOAAARRR RAWRRRRR! take it and like it!!!! i know youve seen this shot before, but i could not resist with tthe ridiculous BOKEH (term for blur effect in pics) Jacque from Nemo lol the 2 bishes and o yea, banjo, here you can kinda see the growth of the acro (valida) hes starting to show blue/violet and his lower polyps are extending with some greens... So the clowns i have are great and all, but feels like it needs another inhabitant. What do you all think about a special order -- pellet trained -- certified ORA Mandarin Goby/Dragonet? I think about this all the time. (for my tank) he should be Acro/Clam safe right? My buddy's is. Going on 2 years. Eats flake, pellet, frozen, you name it... Link to comment

BKR Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 I got the 1 2 3 with reef results today... got all the salifert that you mentioned I was using API...not the best but my results are similar to the new ones with saliferts. My LFS says what your using b-ionic and kent tech m is the way as well. He says he gets great results with the Reef results 1,2,3 also and either way is great and the only reason i got the rr 123 is I like the bottles (i'm a goof) and the local company thing Tank You Link to comment

SouthFlorida_Tron Posted August 19, 2011 Author Share Posted August 19, 2011 Started at peak 25/30/30 but now is like this: 15/40/40 @ 60min for 2 hours 30/70/70 @ 60min for 4 hours 15/40/40 @ 60min for 2 hours 0/1/0 @ 30min as lunar for an additional 5 hours Starts @ 2pm-10pm lunar from 1030-330Am Everything is looking great!!
