mmike1992
i changed out my nanostream for a mp20 vortec powerhead i was thinking that it may be too much flow even dialed down but it is def. not. i could put this at full speed and my sand bed hardly moves.i was able to create a small wave also.i also changed my bulb to ushio 20k i think this bulb is perfect color. also using coral frenzy once or twice a week and i wound up with nasty cyno on the sand bed. SLOreefer
this tank is awesome! I love the minimal rockwork and I really like that gargonian....I dont see them up for sale very often around here, good job! Link to comment
mmike1992
i added a foam/rock background that had been curing for about 3 weeks. it was fairly easy to do. and gave me alot of options for coral placement everything is fine with the tank other than some bubble algea that i am going to just let it run its course. It's only a 25 gallon. Link to comment

It's only a 25 gallon. i have not owned the tunze with controller i am sure it would work well . i have the mp20 which is a very wide flow i could almost put the flow at full tilt in my tank and the sand would hardly move but the mp40 would probably be overkill especially if you have a sand bed Link to comment
jerzsky
holy freakin aweswome tank wall!!! howd u do that, i love the vortech hidden in there! Link to comment
