tinyreef
typical good light requirements (10000K & actinic, about 5-watt/gal). needs ca/alk supplements as they are fast growers. tolerant of water conditions versus the more difficult clams. does not need to be fed but i wouldn't target feed if you do. AzSnake
If your in a tank that can handle it (filtration) I would dose with phyto plankton. If not then you could put him in a bowel, add some phyto, let him sit for a while and then put him back into your tank. Link to comment
tinyreef
they attach pretty quickly tho. you'd have to place the clam on a movable dish or rock custom formed to fit it to be able to moving it back and forth. i wouldn't 'over-light' it. strong lights don't suit it as well as a crocea or maxima ime. onthefly
"You could put him in a bowel" Ascending or descending colon should do! But the Phyto taste like She-ot! Sorry AZ, just bustin chops! Besides I'm the king of Typos! Link to comment
